EU Directive 2011/83/EU sets out a number of categories of goods and services to which the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. The sections below cover cases that may apply to this store - please remove any sections that do not apply to the goods or services you sell.
If you purchase digital content (downloadable files, streaming videos, online courses with instant access, software licenses, etc.) and explicitly request its immediate delivery, aware that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, the 14-day withdrawal period no longer applies - Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Such consent is obtained at the time of placing the order.
If you request that we start providing the service before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you still have the right to withdraw from the contract, but you will have to pay a pro rata amount for the part of the service already provided - Article 14(4)(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Your explicit request is obtained at the time of placing the order.
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life, goods delivered in sealed packaging for hygiene or health reasons and opened after delivery, as well as sealed audio, video or software recordings that are opened after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal - Article 16(a), (c), (d), (e) and (i) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Services whose provision is linked to a specific date or period of performance – accommodation (other than residential premises), such as hotel or holiday home rental, vehicle rental, transport of goods, catering services and leisure services, such as event tickets – are excluded from the right of withdrawal – Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Please use this form to exercise your right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer law. Submitting it will register your request and we will confirm it by email; this does not in itself mean that the withdrawal has been accepted.
Your right of withdrawal is subject to the statutory deadlines and conditions: a period of 14 days (for goods, from the time of delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We check them before approval, so submitting a request does not in itself guarantee its acceptance.
