On March 8, we celebrate the 135th anniversary of the teacher, poet, writer, publicist, painter, violinist, and violin master KĀRLIS IEVIŅ.
Kārlis Ieviņš was born on March 8, 1888 and lived a long life until November 18, 1977. At first glance, it seems like there is no connection between such a great man as Kārlis Ieviņš and Jaunpils. But the Jaunpils school was the first place of work in his life.
